Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Diving Direct

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our dive technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
